Christmas jumpers are notoriously crass and a fashion faux pas, but not this year.
Thanks to ultra-modern fashion label Selfish Mother, which despite what its name might suggest loves to give back, a slew of supermodels have styled the season’s chicest tops.
Poppy Delevingne, David Gandy, Jon Kortajarena, Karen Elson, Laura Bailey, Erin O’Connor and Immy Waterhouse have all lent their star power to the campaign so far.
Poppy Delevingne designed one of a range of Christmas jumpers for Selfish Mother, which are certainly styled with the chicest seasonal tops ever, in aid of Save the Children.
Each design features a unique slogan for this serious cause and will be available for purchase exclusively at Selfish Mother’s online store, The FMLY Store, starting Saturday, October 29. But you can pre-register to be first in line now at TheFMLYStore.com.
Featuring festive words and slogans including Sparkle, Baubles, Off duty Elf, Cracker, Santa’s Helper, Nutcracker and Secret Santa, the adult hoodies are unisex and priced at £45. Children’s versions of the hoodie cost £20.
And they don’t just look good, they do good too. Half the sale price of each Christmas jumper will go to Save the Children, in conjunction with the charity’s annual Christmas Jumper Day.

In support of the global cause, half the price of each hoodie (£22.50 per adult jumper and £10 per children’s jumper) will go to Save the Children.
This year, Save the Children’s annual Christmas jumper day is on Friday 16th December. It has successfully returned for the fifth consecutive year.

“I hope people will wear my design in support and fundraising for Save the Children.”
Model and mum Laura Bailey, who has also lent her good looks to the campaign, added: “As a mum, Save the Children is a charity close to my heart and it was a pleasure to work alongside them and Selfish Mother for creating my secret Santa Hoodie for such a worthy cause.’
Karen Elson saw the charity’s work helping Syrian refugees in Za’atari refugee camp in Jordan and helping mothers give birth in a safe place with a health worker present in Sierra Leone.
