The Express reports that Charles is set to give the Princes and Princesses of Wales Llwynywermod, a former farmhouse that Charles and Queen Consort Camilla bought and renovated in 2007.
The property was technically bought by the Duchy of Cornwall (a giant investment portfolio), and now that Prince William is the Duke of Cornwall, Llwynywermod is “likely” to be offered to him.

The property has three bedrooms, is “fully sustainable” and includes a 192-acre organic farm. If William and Kate inherit Llwynywermod, it will be just one of their many properties. Apart from Adelaide Cottage (where they currently live on the Windsor estate), William and Kate have an apartment at Kensington Palace, a country house called Anmer Roomand a place on the Balmoral estate.
They are also rumored to be moving to Windsor Castle in the coming years, and we can’t forget that Frogmore House is also up for grabs.
