The toll of a long-distance relationship is believed to have ultimately contributed to the break-up with Romeo pursuing a football career in Miami, Florida.
David and Victoria Beckham’s second child liked Mia’s post in what is now a rare interaction on social media since their split was confirmed in July.
Mia posted the selfie of herself with the caption: “If you swipe you can see me judging my outfit,” which was followed by a second selfie.
Romeo wasn’t the only follower to take note of Mia’s post with one person commenting: ‘Hot stuff’ with another writing ‘Beautiful as always beautiful girl.’

Mia and Romeu celebrated their three-year anniversary shortly before announcing their split earlier this year.
He has remained friendly with his family and has even collaborated with his mother Victoria Beckham on her eponymous fashion brand.
Sources confirmed to MailOnline that the couple split due to pressure caused by their conflicting work schedules, with Romeo spending much of his time in the US while pursuing a football career.
Romeo currently plays for Inter Miami II, a team manager of family friend Phil Neville who played for Manchester United alongside Romeo’s father David.

A source told MailOnline: “Essentially, the long-distance relationship at their young ages took its toll. Romeo and Mia are both lovely young people, they love each other very much and the family love Mia.
“He continues to collaborate with Victoria Beckham through his work, but unfortunately Romeo and Mia are no longer together.
“Romeo is focused on his football and living in Miami,” the source added. ‘He’s friendly. The pair still support each other in their respective careers.”
