The singer, 33, shared a heartfelt post with fans this week showing herself in tears after the session.
“Christmas isn’t all parties and presents,” she wrote in her post, before enjoying a Pilates session.

“The ones after therapy with puffy eyes and a red, runny nose…because Christmas isn’t all parties and presents (sic),” her post read.
She was instantly seen with tears in her eyes, posing in a navy hoodie and no make-up.
However, Frankie soon goes for the endorphins with a Pilates session, sharing a photo of herself showing off her washboard abs as she worked out.

She enjoyed the session with her footballer husband Wayne Bridge, 42.
“Introduced Wayne to Tower at UPilates Studio,” her post read.

Last month, the pair were spotted enjoying a date night out in Surrey together.
The pair put on a loved-up display as they wrapped their arms around each other as they left a cinema.
Frankie, who is currently a panellist on Loose Women, may soon have more work ahead of her after fellow Saturdays star Una Healy revealed she is expecting a reunion.
The 41-year-old singer topped the charts alongside Frankie, Rochelle Humes, Vanessa White and Mollie King in the late 00s and early 2010s, before splitting in 2014.
